terms & conditions

1. Appointments
All appointments must be booked in advance unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Payments
Payments are due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.

4. Refunds
Services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied, please notify us within 48 hours so we can arrange a correction session.

5. Products
All retail product sales are final. No returns or exchanges are allowed unless the product is faulty.

6. Liability
Eco Hair Studio is not liable for any damage resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions provided by our stylists.

7. Changes to Terms
Eco Hair Studio reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
